‼️ Friends, this is very important. Please share to whoever this may concern, especially if you are in the United States.

Ukraine wants peace. Lasting, just, sustainable peace, and not a pause before the next bloodbath. I cannot stress this enough.

At a rugby club in small-town Leicestershire. This was on the window ledge in the toilet. Fearing the worst, I scanned the QR & opened it in an incognito window…

It’s a link to Amnesty International’s explainer on asylum & refugees 😍

There has now been 9 episodes of #BBCQT since it returned from its summer break

A Reform representative/mouthpiece has appeared on 5 of them:

Kruger - Nov 13
Goodwin - Oct 30
Dorries - Oct 23
Yusuf - Oct 9
Tice - Sept 25

But please tell me more about the BBC’s left wing bias

Is he trying to describe what happens when his financed-Tommy-Robinson-led-mob turns up?
They wish to intimidate & make us feel fear where non existed before

However that, too, is made up shit

He’s in urgent need of psychiatric treatment given he seems to live in a world of very unpleasant fantasy
Elon Musk, "These lovely small towns in England, Scotland and Ireland, they've been living their lives quietly. They're like hobbits"

"And so one day, 1,000 people show up in your village of 500 and start raping the kids"

"This has now happened, God knows how many times in Britain"

Wealth taxes are back on the agenda. Data from two centuries proves: without taxation of wealth capitalism will always concentrate wealth at the top.
How capitalism drives inequality: and how to stop it
Wealth taxes are on Rachel Reeves’ agenda. Thomas Piketty has shown why it matters, and how we could stop the growth of inequality

I don't know how many times it needs saying:

The EU doesn't do *anything* to punish the UK.

It simply treats us as the 3rd country we demanded to become.

This exceptionalist attitude is the principal barrier, not to us eventially rejoining, but to us ever genuinely being European in spirit.
Text book example of how misinformation is directed against European unity.

The overall goal is to put the consequences of Brexit on Europe, engender bad feeling, and cripple any join efforts.

I'm also tired of Reform being framed as a 'new' party which 'barely existed' a few years ago when it's merely the Brexit party rebadged, which was Ukip before that ffs.

This, this, this. If journalists don’t scrutinize this and explain it properly now then they have failed on their duty and will bear a share of the blame if such policies are enacted (most of the public oppose them and don’t I think realise what is being proposed yet).
Apropos of nothing, I really do think UK journalists and politicians need some reminding that mass deportation of LEGAL immigrants, particularly those with permanent status, is far more extreme than even Trump's America and would basically place Britain completely on its own among democracies.

As an employer would you...

Send builders to work without ear protection?

Send steeplejacks without a harness?

Send Motorway staff with no high Vis jacket?

Then don't send ambulance workers without wellbeing support.

NHS has a duty of care, make sure they honour it.

Driving just 100 km with a car using biofuels would require close to 3,000 litres of water due to the huge amount of water they require.

It would only take about 20 litres to produce solar electricity to drive an EV that same distance.
