Where are these proud Brexiters' will-of-the-people and sovereignty arguments now? They seem to prefer being the gimp of a foreign autocrat, to accepting the wishes of the majority in their own country. Is this why they wanted to "take back control"? To hand it over? ~AA
This, published by the "patriotic" Telegraph, seems to me pretty full-on, unabashed Putin apologia, blaming Europe for Putin's aggression. It is indistinguishable from the set of Kremlin-talking-points, that we have been hearing from his officials and proxies. ~AA

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers more than $15 an hour.”

What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”

Funny how that works.

Yep, he wants nothing but deregulating crypto to help his crypto business and scrapping net zero to help his aviation fuel business. Which by pure coincidence are two of our policies.

"He so exactly reminds me of the Farage that said those things back then."

Peter Ettedgui says he has to switch off the TV when the Reform leader is on because of how much it reminds him of his schooldays.

Peter Ettedgui says he’s been ‘totally surprised’ by the reaction to him accusing Nigel Farage of racism in his schooldays.

Ok I said racist things, but I didn’t mean them hurtfully
If anyone was hurt, the BBC made me do it

Rather than apologising for his antisemitism, Farage demands the BBC apologise for the antisemitism of Alf Garnett, a fictional character created to satirise antisemitism, who was portrayed by a Jewish man.

"Brexit"

"Pushed through by Boris Johnson and championed by Nigel Farage"

I don’t really like self - promotion, but likewise, no one will do it for me! If you’re buying gifts for young book lovers, Street Dogs False Friends is a belter! AND you’ll be supporting an emerging children’s author. Me!

Wow - this guy must be really, REALLY bad with money if an extra £208 per month will “ruin” his retirement.

Let’s take a look at his situation based on what he told the @Telegraph

Because this does NOT add up!

No, this is not a “poor pensioner” scrabbling around for pennies…

Hmm, now I wonder who else would have been delighted about that.
