When I say Dems are voting to ban trans rights, I mean they are voting to ban ALL trans rights.

Included in the military funding bill are these provisions impacting trans people in the military:

- A bathroom ban
- A ban on correct gender markers on forms
- A healthcare ban
- A sports ban

DISASTROUS. This means they will send people to horrific situations with no due process — in direct violation of promises the Solicitor General made to the Court in previous cases.

This greenlights sending people to be enslaved in Libya or tortured in any random foreign country.
#BREAKING: Over a (sharp) public dissent from the three Democratic appointees, #SCOTUS clears the way for the Trump administration to remove migrants to third countries *without* giving them an additional opportunity to contest whether they face persecution or other forms of mistreatment there:

AI is the ideal technology to accompany the decline of America.

It caters to the entitled, to those who have no desire to learn and think they know everything, it destroys creativity and critical thinking, and lays the cultural foundation for fascism.

I often think about this. There are *so many* sectors where the policy solutions are settled, agreed upon, entirely uncontroversial among experts, and completely ignored. It’s overwhelming.
There should be a national policy conference entitled "Why We Can't Have Nice Things" where elected representatives, policymakers, officials and citizens talk about policy areas where the most effective policy solutions are largely known and agreed, but which remain unimplemented.

This is the strategy of a weak regime afraid of transparency.
