The federal government is moving to take over the California National Guard and deploy 2,000 soldiers.

That move is purposefully inflammatory and will only escalate tensions.

The most striking thing about the LA protests is how many people just dropped everything to show up and yell at federal agents. There are people in suits, and carrying dogs, and wearing flip flops or bike helmets.

These are not people who planned to do this today. But there they are.

1. Florida banned cities from lighting up bridges rainbow colors for Pride.

So the people of Jacksonville did it themselves using flashlights and gels.

They opened the drawbridge to block them.

So they marched to a different bridge.

Certain Democrats throwing trans individuals, kids, and their families under the bus are why I changed my voter registration from Democrat to nonpartisan/independent. Apparently the Democrats think they can afford to lose even more voters than they did in 2024.
Third Way: “Dems would win if we encouraged people to be unrelenting assholes to trans/nonbinary people just trying to live their lives.”

1. This is wrong.
2. STFU.
And Democrats must cancel the gender language police, recognizing when someone’s heart is in the right place, not insisting on using new and controversial terms that are in flux.

The biggest divide is not between “right” and “left."

It’s between democracy and oligarchy.

The billionaires who control our economy and democracy seek to divide us.

They want us to turn on each other so we don't look up and see that they have all the wealth and power.
