I visited these two cemeteries when I was in 7th grade (1982). Vance stood in front of our allies and said that the evil that blood-soaked their land should have a right to speak. It is incomprehensible and unforgivable.

We should be investing in rural communities and making them better places to build a life & raise a family - not shutting down rural hospitals by choking off their funding.
