La afiliación a la Seguridad Social superó los 21,5 millones de ocupados en abril (21.550.139), descontados la estacionalidad y el efecto calendario. Esto supone un aumento de 483.358 ocupados en el último año (+2,3%) y de 69.160 afiliados respecto al mes anterior.

We combine postcode level data on rent prices in Germany from 2005 – 2018 with panel data from the SOEP. We find that increasing rents are associated with higher support for the AfD among renters especially for those with lower incomes. This is not the case for homeowners.
