See, Dubya once promised that "I'm not gonna fire a $2 million missile at a $10 empty tent and hit a camel in the butt" - but I ask you: what if we instead figured a *bunch* of $2m missiles at those same tents (and/or empty fields) instead?
Some (disappointed) Nigerian media suggesting this Tomahawk strike didn’t hit much at all.

The Biden admin used to take flak for doing tit-for-tat symbolic strikes against empty Iranian proxy facilities in Syria. Seems like this admin may be doing a bit of that with ISIS in Nigeria and Syria.

I love how we all have to pretend a nepo baby buying movie studios with his dad’s money is some sort of business genius.

This is pretty pathetic.

It's a weird world when dutifully regurgitating a bunch of carefully curated information that the world's richest man gave you is "fearless journalism," but reporting on how the government is kidnapping innocent people and sending them overseas to be tortured is "not moving the ball forward."

I am at JFK and Herr Duffy’s command to fly wearing tasteful and elegant clothing is definitely not being followed by the rabble.

My monocle is fogging due to my anger and disdain for the plebes.

At New Haven Union, on my (long and slow) way to JFK. I see a ton of Amtrak trains delayed and an Acela cancelled.

Not a busy travel day at all guys. No worries.

They have a fleet of 28 high speed trains and they cannot find a place to maintain them. Amazing stuff.

Maybe the Acela Is we’re not that bad. They just horribly mismanaged.
"Facility planning has lagged behind its fleet planning by about 15 years even though the two efforts are closely interconnected."

!!!

And the result is more delays to the Acela IIs, sigh. h/t @airlineflyer.net
