Masks have been reinstated in NB, PEI, and NFLD health care facilities. NS Health & the IWK have been completely silent. On May 7, 2025, a memo was sent to Sr. Leadership stating universal maksing might return in response to "seasons of increased viral respiratory activity." We are in that season.

My daughter and 5yr old have received a Covid vaccination in Ontario. In Nova Scotia - nothing…! Why isn’t the vaccine available prior to students returning to school and university? In towns and cities where the population expands due the the arrival of students this would have big major benefits.

Wow. Probably the most consequential landscape architect of the 21st century. Turned China from a nonfactor in ecological land planning into the world leader in terms of discourse, education, and built work.

I want the record to show that PM Trudeau was instrumental in getting domestic manufacturing of vaccines in Canada. You know who shut down scientific research & drug manufacturing in Canada? Harper.

When we talk about building Canada & being self-reliant, conservatives are all talk & no action.

Oh Joe. A giant. Kind and patient as a director, as a castmate. Intimidating in his talent. Unexpectedly funny. His Salesman... 💔
Really feels like a particularly sad last few weeks for Canadian theatre, with the loss of yet another great artist that affected so many people, on stage and off. Rest in peace Joe Ziegler. May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

Vermilion flycatcher🪶

This bird, which is rare for the Bay Area, was spotted in last year's Christmas Bird Count. No one has seen it for 7 weeks, and a lot of folks have looked. And then it just showed up in the same spot 2 days ago.
