I am delighted that among all the horrors that trend on this site, “World Goth Day” nevertheless made it on the list. You have all made Robert Smith very happy. Never change, Bluesky.

1) the racial dynamic here is really obvious but, setting that aside, the whole point of being a politician is that you do owe us something actually, that responsibility comes with taking the job and never goes away.

2) barack actually did not warn us about fascism, that simply did not happen!
am i losing my mind or is this an insane reaction at someone asking the most popular former president to stop making netflix movies and to instead do something to counter incoming fascism

it’s so annoying when people reference these fake warnings lol

“hillary warned us!” she didn’t!
“kamala warned us!”
no, she did not do that either!

if they did, you’d have a quote to reference lol

These extraordinary photos of the LA fires have been shared widely on social media, often without crediting the photographer.

These are all the work of Ethan Swope, an LA-based photojournalist working for AP.

sometimes i see how the brave new world arrives,
and i see how it thrives in the ashes of our lives
oh yes, man is a fool, and he thinks he’ll be okay
dragging on, feet of clay
never knowing he’s astray
keeps on going anyway

I no longer have live tv but thankfully Prime has all five seasons of The Twilight Zone. First up “He’s Alive” with Dennis Hopper playing a neo-Nazi visited by the ghost of Hitler. Crazy this is from 1963 and it feels just as relevant today.
