If anything, AI is even worse since the placeholder should be something that calls attention to the fact it's a placeholder, and someone who uses AI will probably try to make it look at least somewhat what it's supposed to be a placeholder for, and it'll be more likely to be left in by accident

No specific country was listed as the source of the policy
