Amazing to see left-leaning NYT staff say there’s no point going to an “equally compromised” outlet. They really really don’t get it. The NYT is the head of the beast, always has been in some ways. Along with The Atlantic, no non-conservative outlet more responsible for the encroaching horror.

biden did nothing for us. the party's presidential candidate refused to say "trans." at least 4 senate candidates ran anti-trans video ads. the gov of *CA* runs an anti-trans podcast. *MA* dems won't vote down an athlete ban. if you refuse to understand what's happening we won't be able to stop it.

the democratic party has done zero internal work on trans rights despite being 4yrs into this. y'all are surely tired of hearing it from me so here's a *massachusetts* state rep admitting his caucus can't vote down an athlete ban and that he'd flip too if polling told him to.
It’s a no brainer for me to vote No on this amendment, representing Cambridge and Somerville. The question is whether it’s better to kill the amendment via procedure, as we did yesterday. Or support MAGA in bringing it to a vote — where the final tally and the implications of that tally are unknown.
