I think I’m most upset about the realization that no one will be held accountable. She’ll be lied about and dishonored, just like Melissa Hortman. And new horrors will replace this one by next week, requiring our attention, burying this story, demanding more dissociation. Everything is so fucked.
Just saw a picture of stuffed animals in the woman's car and man...I really am struggling to find the words right now. This is all just so unspeakably devastating, and I don't know how we come back from it.

For NWSL and WNBA athletes, I imagine this has to drive them absolutely crazy. It's clear that the opportunity exists to generate a metric shit ton of revenue if ownership will take on a little, microscopic bit of risk. And ownership just refuses. They're only interested in a zero risk environment.
