Wurman is a hack. Hacks gonna hack. You can’t take that too personally. I do, however, take personally the professors who lectured us that we have to treat him as a good-faith actor.
Wurman has a very principled position: courts have no power to stop the President doing things he likes, but plenary power to stop the President doing things he doesn't like.

I’m at the Leon County Jail with the mom of the 20 year old U.S. citizens arrested for illegally entering Florida after a traffic stop. She showed his birth certificate in court. He’s still in jail waiting for ICE officials to pick him up.
