look at this point if you can’t bring yourself to admit that the biden admin’s approach to trump—which was back by senate and house leadership—was a total and complete failure idk what to tell you. the fact it’s largely still same leadership in congress is a real problem
Inevitable at this point, and won’t be among the five worst things today, but very dispiriting nonetheless.

truly incredible to (1) not be doing everything you can to delay and obstruct, (2) receive historically high call volume demanding you max out delay and obstruction, and (3) complain that the callers are focusing on the “wrong” people
inadvertently vital reporting here from axios showcasing dem staffers whining about a foundational tenet of representational democracy: telling your representative how you want them to represent you.

give us a bit of time we've only had three months to prepare! it's not like Trump is a known quantity or that we were handed a complete roadmap for everything ahead in the form of a handy book of policy intentions they released like monologuing villains
