The CFPB has returned over $21 billion directly to Americans scammed by Wall Street.

If you have been personally helped by the CFPB - if you've filed a complaint, got money returned to you, or benefitted from their work, I need to hear from you.

His advice is literally "roll over and play dead" and make America miss us. Just "may the odds be ever in your favor" with a side of "thoughts and prayers."

Truly disgusting cowardly behavior.

The reason it's really important to leave substack NOW is their relatively new social networking features. Substack is creating a walled garden that you *have* to share with white supremacists.

They want to keep you on substack where all the Nazis are and force you to share your revenue with them.

Hey if someone says that being trans isn’t an immutable characteristic because people detransition, you can tell them that the Court considers religion to be immutable and people convert.

I'm unapologetically pro abortion
Please read this if you consider yourself pro-choice and are ever inclined to say out loud that nobody wants an abortion or that nobody is pro-abortion
🙋‍♀️I consider abortion a good option, and a social good writ large! Pregnancy is not a punishment for contraceptive failure or contraceptive lack or contraceptive refusal.

I am pro-abortion, period. Same as I'm pro-chemotherapy, pro-insulin, pro-root canal, pro-pap-smear.

This. THIS. I saw so many clips of the nazis walking. So many people up in arms about it. So many shocked (😒) by it.
What I didn’t see? Action steps like this to counteract their moves.
This is what we need to uplift.
Strikingly, the only group that responded en mass and IMMEDIATELY to the neo-Nazi march this weekend in Columbus was a group of black men.

Everyone else? Oh, they put out statements. Black men linked arms and marched the NEXT day.

And this is why I say “Godspeed” to everyone who ain’t us.

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Each year, the trans community loses too many lives, especially trans women of color, to hate and violence.

More than ever, we must stand by our trans family and support them, hold space for them, and insist the scapegoating and targeting stop.

Now.

The pressure from the FedSoc legal movement to crush any dissent is becoming alarming.
Inspired by Judge Edith Jones's weird show and tell routine at the Fed Soc convention--showing a folder filled with @stevevladeck.bsky.social tweets, telling on herself--I wrote about conservative judges' intolerance of dissent, and what that may mean under Trump

Conservative Judges Have No Interest In Tolerating Your Dissent
Criticizing the government is a foundational right in American democracy, unless that criticism is directed at an alarmingly online federal judge.

In addition to maiming or murdering *multiple* Palestinian footballers over the years, they just put Celine Haidar, a 19yo player for the Lebanon woman's team, in a coma after a strike.

BIG NEWS: A Wyoming judge just struck down WY's abortion bans.

And get this: The judge invoked a constitutional amendment codifying a right to make health care decisions... that was passed in 2012 by conservatives who thought it'd screw Obamacare! Just backfired.

We explained this lawsuit here:
How Attacks Against Obamacare Turned Into Tools to Protect Abortion Access
Conservatives amended state constitutions to affirm broad rights for people to choose their health care. Now abortion rights proponents are taking them at their word.
