Let me be blunt - privatisation kills. Lancet confirms it increases deaths, patient care inevitably declines, private investors profit, & is increasingly expensive.

A change from the budget: 18 and 19 year olds applying for the unemployment benefit are going to have their parents incoming taken into account, many will then be ineligible.
With unemployment expected to stay above 5%, parents will now be expected to support adult children who can't find work

This should be a chilling statement from the PM, and lead to widespread condemnation from our media. Instead Hosking cheers it on, repeatedly calling it "the Māorification of the country" and my bet is no one will say a thing. Pure, unfiltered racism from our biggest media org.

TL;DR: AI is so much dumber than you think, aka it is not actually „intelligent“ at all, it can‘t remotely do what most people seem to think it already can, it‘s just good at faking human „thinking“. There is no ghost in the machine. Please stop falling for the grift.
