I’ve just found my new search engine! Ecosai gives back to the environment and has nothing to do with Google. I downloaded the app for my phone- it’s so easy and I actually feel so good about it.

Headed into the weekend, a gentle reminder that this whirlwind is specifically designed to make us feel exhausted, overwhelmed, resigned, & sapped of energy, and that it is more important now than ever to connect with your community. Hug your family, check on your friends, walk in your neighborhood.

People are getting up off the mat.
People have gathered outside USAID HQ for press event with Democratic Congressmen Beyer, Raskin, Connolly and Olzewski and Senator Van Hollen where they're addressing the building's mysterious shutdown today in the midst of the Trump admin dismantling the agency.

I just want to say I have never been more proud to see a country come together in times of adversity as I have in the last two days being here in Canada. I’ve never seen people mobilize and make change faster in order to support their country. It’s amazing to be surrounded by it.

Americans, don't forget, you can stand by Canada and our allies by also boycotting products and brands from Red States.

No more:

Tennessee Bourbon
Tennessee Whiskey
Disney World
Florida Oranges/Orange Juice (full of sugar anyway)
Peanut Butter
Idaho Potatoes
Tesla

What else?

I don’t know that my American friends will see this but I hope they understand how sad we are at the breakdown of this relationship.
Here's the speech if you haven't heard it. 13 minutes of your time. Share it with your American friends and neighbours, because they won't see it otherwise. Circulate it in Mexico and Denmark, France and the UK, Panama and Germany, Poland and Estonia, and especially -- especially -- Ukraine.

Incredibly moving Justin Trudeau remarks:

"We have fought and died alongside you....During your darkest hours...we were always there. Standing with you, grieving with you, the American people....Canadians are a little perplexed as to why our closest friends and neighbors are choosing to target us."

This is advice every dem politician should take to heart.

Don’t sell against the competition.

Sell what you are doing to reduce people’s stress and make their life better

It’s not about what’s wrong with the competition. It’s about what is right with you

"Some of them are so bad we don't even trust the countries to hold them because we don't want them coming back, so we're going to send them out to Guatanamo Bay."
