"If I could come with some advice, it would be for the Senate & House to start to take control of political power in America because with this erratic & mad behaviour, you have to ask the question, is the President capable of running the US?"

Once upon a time, presidents used their platforms to engage in public acts of service and charity, sending a message that we are all members of a community with responsibilities to one another.

Just thinking about that for no reason.

The US has reduced its presence in Greenland to a single base and less than 200 troops.

If Russia were an imminent threat, Washington could simply deploy more forces tomorrow under the existing defense treaty.

This DHS Barbie acolyte does a great job explaining the two circumstances under which someone walking down the street could legally be asked for proof of citizenship. I don't have the rest of the clip, but I hope the journalists told her there is a third possibility that explains the interaction.

This is your reminder that Hungarian-Jewish scientist George de Hevesy dissolved two Nobel Prizes in aqua regia to keep them out of the hands of the Nazis.

He then left the dissolved solution on his shelf and fled to Sweden.

(After the war he un-dissolved the gold and the prizes were re-cast.)

I can’t get over the absurdity of attacking a foreign nation to steal its natural resources, deposing and kidnapping its corrupt leader, then extorting the Nobel Peace Prize winning opposition leader into handing over their prize in exchange for…peace? Absolutely bananas.

The US government is funding an unethical Hepatitis B study on babies in West Africa that will put thousands of lives at risk—randomizing vax at birth, with no placebo control. But we already have solid evidence that the vaccine is effective.
We have the CDC-funded Hepatitis Vaccine trial in Guinea-Bissau protocol.

It’s worse than you thought.

US higher education was a crown jewel, generating knowledge, wealth, prestige, and power unrivaled by anyone.

And the US is throwing it away, because Americans elected a govt ideologically opposed to truth, science, merit, and racial/gender equality, preferring to weaken the country to reduce that.

Very soon, ICE showed up at their door.

Transactional real estate grifts are guiding US foreign policy as if the US has shareholders to please. This is why you don’t elect people with no experience in politics, no moral ethics, and no sense of the public good to elective office.
Gulf Arabs believe that the IRGC has successfully de-escalated confrontation with Trump by making a series of offers to Steve Witkoff. The offers are apparently all of Iranian real estate projects. The Iranian-Trump deal was apparently brokered by the Russians. www.ft.com/content/df0c...

I monitored Nazi terror Telegram channels from 2019 to 2022 or so and it's hard to overstate the degree to which DHS's X account mimics the tone, aesthetic, voice, and language of those cess pits.

Whoever is running socials for them has obviously spent a lot of time in that space.
When we say "explicitly neo-Nazi" we mean channels that fly swastikas and praise Hitler. That's the zone of internet where DHS is apparently finding inspiration for their X posts. It's ultra unlikely they would have ever encountered that song if they weren't in that space, imo.
Our researchers found at least 450 posts on Telegram dating back to 2020 that shared the song mentioned in this reporting.

Nearly all the posts we found were from explicitly neo-Nazi and white supremacist channels. And a review of our datasets found it hasn't circulated much outside those circles.
