I honestly don’t get the value of this company. They hoover up energy and water. Their product constantly gets things wrong and, in extreme cases, coaches people into suicide.

OpenAI is an evil corporation. The reports about suicides (plural!) related to ChatGPT are absolutely harrowing.
I fully believe in the corporate death penalty and believe we would be a better world if OpenAI lost its corporate charter and was forcibly dissolved.

If any local communities in Ireland can delay these data centres as long as possible, through whatever means, then the imminent bursting of the AI bubble will make the data centres no longer viable, solving the issue.
