It's hard to convince people that turnovers are less consistent than yards and first downs when you have a team go through a stretch like Chicago has, but really, they are less consistent.

I still think the most intriguing solution to tanking, which isn't really an issue in the NFL, is for teams to draft other teams draft positions. So last year when Titans picked Cam Ward they would also have selected a team's 2026 pick set, for example the Browns. Cant draft your own picks.
Yesterday on statbutler dot com, I shared an alternative method for establishing the order of the NFL draft that would encourage teams to win games late in the season.

I agree with this sentiment however I also get mad when a receiver doesn't fight back through a DB on an under thrown pass to draw DPI
