I don't really care what the "political consequences" are of fighting for the proposition that *everyone* is entitled to due process before they are removed from the United States and sent to a Salvadoran prison.

Every now and then it hits me that this isn’t just about 1 inhuman act or another, but a bigger picture.
That the entire democratic experiment in America is falling apart in front of our eyes. It’s historic in that sense. Which then makes me wonder why all media stories aren’t framed this way.

2) In court, DOJ admitted he was in the US legally and was arrested by mistake.
3) The Supreme Court 9-0 has ordered him returned, and the President is refusing.
It's kind of a big deal.
