Weekend baking roundup: malted milk brownies with chopped whoppers, lemon olive oil tea cake, banana bread cinnamon rolls with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, and some gluten-free (and vegan) tahini chocolate chip oatmeal cookies.

The UCP have introduced their legislation to break the teachers' strike, Bill 2. It does invoke the notwithstanding clause. With aggressive use of 'time allocation' to restrict debate, the government is expected to push the bill through all three readings this evening.
