I hate the guy and I want him primaried but on this specific bill he held the whole caucus together and got a lot of stuff stripped out of the bill

Alex Padilla grew up in the Valley as the child of immigrants. He has a mechanical engineering degree from MIT. He got into politics only after California passed prop 187, a horribly racist bill banning undocumented immigrants from attending public schools. (It was ruled unconstitutional)
