Very tired of doing this over again. He/him.
Public transport should be free and cars should be banned from cities.

Mandatory sex ed classes *before puberty.*

Public school curriculums should not be optional. Sex ed, science classes, etc. required by law.

No religious tax exemptions.

Circumcision should be illegal without consent.
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.

Here's how to turn it off.

An understated reason figures like Newsom are so dangerous is because what really advances the most violently reactionary parts of the American state aren't just the openly far-right rulers, it's their successors entrenching what they did. Newsom types aren't an end to fascism but its completion. 🧵

Notice how it’s always, “the Bible must inform our laws!” until it comes to the +2,000 verses in the Bible that discuss the generous use of wealth and possessions in a way that prioritizes the needs of the poor, this sick, the stranger, the vulnerable, and the oppressed.

Hey completely aside from the relevance to D&D, what's that art even supposed to be?
This doesn't look like a celebration. A few people are kinda dancing while a crowd stands around looking at them. There's a dragon and fireworks, but they're not really doing anything either.
Where's the story here?
What does any of this shit have to do with D&D, which is a game about going somewhere dangerous (eg dungeons) to fight scary monsters (eg dragons)?
What relevance does all the twee art like this Hasbro keeps churning out have for a game that is fundamentally about peril, violence and adventure?

Paroxysm 5 Kickstarter is still going for a few more days. It includes my comic about life and death around an occulted ocean that was ripped open in the middle of 1930s America. It is GOOD and WEIRD. Dark adventure, gags, chills, and ELDRITCH HAUNTS. www.kickstarter.com/projects/mys...

Just a reminder to check for your name in this list of books that OpenAI trained from. If your name is there, they probably owe you several thousand dollars.

OpenAI cried that if everyone eligible author files, the company will go bankrupt, so I'm alerting every author I have ever spoken to.

Gonna talk for a second about Nazis, Republicans, DrivethruRPG, that Star Wars game, and more importantly, my grandpa.

Bear with me, the edibles are just kicking in. Might be a little thread.

The two biggest motivators for authoritarians are being "normal" and avoiding being associated with yuk reactions.
Saying "Ugh, you disgust me you weird fucking freak" is more likely to deradicalise them than "engaging with their concerns".
The narrative that anti-vaxxers or QAnon weirdos will come back from the brink if we're nice enough to them isn't tenable morally and doesn't hold up empirically. Ostracizing people whose beliefs harm others is a critical aspect of a functioning marketplace of ideas.

Like you gotta understand that right wingers as a demographic suck shit at art. They venerate "art" and "beauty" as a nebulous principle but have no respect for actual artists and no patience for the artistic process.

There are occasional exceptions but the cast majority are like this.
Really interesting article, this part stuck out particularly well to me:
