Books designed to be read only by human eyes are different from books designed to be read by machines, which is why Google will tell you that the phrase “shake my booty” can be found in an 1863 English translation of Don Quixote.

Presbyterian is 0-1 against top 25 teams this year. And they get to play SC in the first round of the women's tourney today. That top 25 ranked team that beat them earlier in the year was SC (99-29). The committee definitely did them no favors.

It wouldn't be a day ending in Y if I didn't get a text from someone in Montana asking me to contribute to their campaign which might be 1% less annoying if I lived anywhere near Montana. ActBlue was a mistake.

After a year of hype, the reality is emerging. Cloud clients aren’t buying generative AI tools because they’re expensive, lack accuracy, and it’s not clear what value they provide. Some analysts are already warning of a coming “trough of disillusionment.”
Generative AI Providers Quietly Tamp Down Expectations

Having one of those email threads where I am reminded just how little people that work in my industry often know about my industry. I'm really thankful for the really great mentors I've had over the years that make me look much smarter than I am. Haha.

I fell asleep watching Blade Runner when I watched it in college about 30 years ago and I dozed off a few times watching it today. Starting to think it's just a boring movie.

So wait, the story the NY state Dems are telling us is the subways of NYC are so dangerous they need to send in the troops, but they’re *not* firing the police chief or cops who are unable to keep them safe with $5.44 billion?

I'm so mad at our school district right now...again. Telling me the bus taking special needs students to class will be 25-30 mins late and then having it be more than an hour late in 32 degree weather is bad for a whole bunch of reasons.

The bots cost money!!
If you are only using this bot to save time, please remember that every single person who summons it costs the owner money. Holden decided to host the bot specifically for people who use screenreaders. If that's not you, please think about why you're summoning the bot.
