Amistad. First movie I saw Djimon Hounsou in.
So first you have to dice them, then parboil them for about ten minutes. Then you season with garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper to taste. Then into a cast iron pan with olive oil and butter. Get a crunchy crust on there and finish the cook. Then you sprinkle with parsley flakes, and eat them.
