A NEW study of the Finland basic income experiment just dropped. Turns out psychotropic drug use decreased by 8 %–11 %, and incomes increased on average by 9% to 11% due to people not losing the income when they accepted a job, unlike traditional unemployment.

These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

When you look at it from this angle, this is an all time bad own-goal for the Dems. They were played so well by Bibi they played themselves.

Not sure anyone has the bandwidth to care. But DACA was deemed illegal by the appeals court on Friday. This means a longer legal battle. I’m scared about what’s to come. With everything happening most people are not paying attention to DACA/the ICE raids.

What we SHOULD be doing is to continue to post here and to keep an eye on @skylight.social because it’s literally being developed as a TikTok replacement on the same protocol as BlueSky. Which keeps it out of the hands and control of the oligarchs.

Update: Early Sunday, Trump said he plans to issue an executive order on Monday to pause the ban for 90 days to give TikTok time to distance itself from ByteDance.
TikTok is offline in the U.S. after Supreme Court upholds ban
The app had more than 170 million monthly users in the U.S. The black-out is the result of a law forcing the service offline unless it sheds its ties to ByteDance, its China-based parent company.
