Well, it took four consecutive late night shifts with the robots, but our Big Secret NDA Project is finished on time, on budget, is maybe the most impressive custom project design we’ve ever done, and I can’t WAIT to be allowed to tell you all about it.

Fascinating comparison! I think it’s gotta be the touch of pine smoke plus the buttery earthiness of the roasted Yaupon Holly. It’s been years since I ate takoyaki, but iirc, the flavor mapping makes sense.
