I reported on economics full-time in 2020. It taught me there are no incentives to have a baby in the US. Women in the US have to pay for pre-natal, medical and child care, earn less, do most of the parenting and chores, get promoted less, and are now at 27% higher risk of maternal mortality.

Democrats need a new message. Every corporation in America that makes record profits while taking government subsidies and has employees under the poverty line needs to pay back the tax payer dollars at the end of the year and every cent poured back into social services and education.

I was thinking about what would it be like if Canada did “become” the 51st state. With a population of about 40 million it’s similar in size to California, so that’s a large redistribution of congressmen. How many red states would lose their representatives to Canada?
