This is really happening in Alberta only. Disabled people across Canada will get 200$ cost of living increase and Smith says no way! Apparently the disabled benefit they get from Alberta is enough to live on. Meanwhile last November UCP gave them selves 1700$ housing increase. Welcome to Hellberta

EDM Zone avg LWBS is actually 16% for ALL of its EDs and objectively getting worse.
Three of the ED's have LWBS numbers over 20%, and as overcrowding gets worse all of them could be over 1 in 4 leaving without care.
