Cotton is a Drumpf sycophant. Reverse the circumstances. If a US boat was incapacitated in international waters and another country just blasted the boat and any survivors into oblivion I would hope we still have enough guts to condemn this as the immoral, illegal act it is!

It would have to be Cook County or Illinois. Broadview is technically not in Chicago, and from what I've heard, their government is more crooked than Chicago's government, and more regressive.
