HEY YOU stop intellectualizing your anxiety. Yes there might be a reason, but you also might just feel anxious cuz you have an anxiety disorder. We are walking, talking nervous systems and they don't always function how we need them to. It's hard to regulate a nervous system when u have trauma!!!!!
