It’s not quite true to say nothing has changed, I think. Bovino had a particularly paramilitary style, where he’d roll around in force and tear gas entire neighborhoods, and we haven’t seen that. But ICE is still swarming and if anything aggression against observers has increased.
yes, there are no real signs of any big change in DHS activity here yet. In Chicago there really was after Bovino left and they basically ended "Midway Blitz" not so here so far.
I don’t know, declaring victory in MN seems premature. They’re still arresting people and brutalizing the community. The changes appear—so far—to be cosmetic

Guys, ICE is attacking and harassing ANYONE WHO IS NOT WHITE, HAS A FOREIGN-SOUNDING NAME, OR HAS AN ACCENT. When they jump out and grab you, and carry you off screaming, it doesn’t matter if you’re a citizen or not! They’re not asking! I’ve seen it happen multiple times with my own eyes.

This something I want people to understand. If you don’t get their names, they’re just gone. There’s no arrest record and the snatch-and-grabs can last seconds. People simply disappear and we can’t find out who they are or what happened to them.
They seem to be making a habit of it.
This child was taken 10 days ago, no idea who he is, if he is with his family or even if his family knows what happened to him.
