The long tail of having shown my kids mulan is that I keep having to explain sexism to Noah as it is a very foreign concept to him
He is currently obsessed with the Be a Man song and today was stuck on the line "did they send me daughters when I asked for sons" bc he couldn't fathom it as an insult
