Three years and one month from today, I’m going to grab a pickax and pull those letters off that building, but I’m going to need help holding the ladder. Are you in? Applying for my carpenter’s card today, so it’ll be a union job!!!

I feel bad for the guys at Justice. I have the same problem with my old not very good printer—sometimes it just decides to print pages black!

I recommend unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Say what?!
A startup backed by Donald Trump Jr.'s venture capital firm just got a $620M loan from the DoD, months after the Pentagon gave a major drone contract to ANOTHER Trump Jr.-backed company.

KY fires Stoops. He get $36 mil to go away. MI State fires Smith. He gets $33 mil. Buyouts. Add in NIL and the transfer portal and college football is on the road to self-inflicted implosion.
The decision to fire Stoops is a costly one. His contract calls for a $36 million buyout, all of which is due within 60 days, a result of extensions from Stoops’ winning years.

This already happened in Iowa a few years ago. The result is lower quality public education. Shameful.
My god…they just took 50 million from the general budget for vouchers going to private religious schools.

Now, another 100 million?

What do these corporations have in common?

Netflix
Ford
Tesla
T-Mobile
Duke Energy
DISH Network
Metlife
Dominion Energy
United States Steel

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.

There is no constitutionally legitimate scenario in which we are being de facto governed by the White House Deputy Chief of Staff using a half-dead president as his sock puppet. We went out of our way to amend the Constitution on precisely this point.

No matter how long I live after we get through this dark chapter, I will never get over the immorality, the amorality, the corruption, the criminality and the cruelty in service to one of the worst humans to ever walk the earth.

The US wouldn't be in this mess if cowards would have done/or do the right thing 1. During first DJT administration rather than impeach McConnell saying, "Let the courts handle it." 2. Now, Republicans in House and Senate decline to invoke the 25th when the Prez is clearly deranged. Cowards.

I am nothing if not one to give credit where it's due - Murphy is fully correct on this.
In response to this claim that the "strategy didn't work."

The people were on our side. We were building momentum to help save our democracy. We could have won - the premium increase notices were just starting.

And giving in now will embolden him. Things will likely get worse.
