As a father to an autistic toddler, it gives me great hope and joy that more quality research is being conducted on ASD, and that existing research is being questioned in light of new information.
No, autistics do not “lack empathy”: “Where researchers had assumed impairment, they found autistic people applying moral principles more consistently—even to strangers, even when costly.” By Ludmila Pradlova.

What the World Got Wrong About Autistic People
For decades, autism research compared autistic people to animals, denied them moral sensitivity, and assumed autistic traits made them miserable. All wrong.

Link arms. Stand together. Call friends and family and ask them to stand with you. Exhaust every option at your disposal, but be civil and stay safe.

Our social support network is our most powerful tool, and it's what sets us apart from the rich and powerful who seek to divide us.

We can, and we will. Because we must.
Week 1. We invaded Venezuela. We killed the ACA subsidies. We destroyed the Kennedy Center. We murdered a woman in cold blood over deportations. We threatened Greenland, now we are offering them $100,000 per person to allow us to take over their country.
First 7 days. Can we survive a year of this?

There needs to be massive anti-ICE and anti-Trump administration march.

Americans need to retake true American narrative of ‘for the people and by the people.’ And not to be lied to by the anti-American Trump authoritarian and criminal regime.

March nationwide. March every week. March for Good.

"I know I'm asking a lot, but the price of freedom is high. It always has been. And it's a price I'm willing to pay. And if I'm the only one, then so be it. But I'm willing to bet I'm not."

Do not give up. Do not give in to apathy. Take a break and recharge if you have to. But get back up.
When you succumb to the cynicism, you are helping Trump. He wants you to think that all is lost, that he is all powerful, and that there is nothing we can do.

The fight for democracy is hard, but it is worth having. We have shown we can stand tall. We have shown we can win.
Many of you have become drama-addicted doomers, and you seem to think it's important for the rest of us to join you.

Yes, things are bad. But change is within our power. Grow up. Act like sober, responsible adults in a democracy instead of cynical, all-is-lost teenagers.

Now get off my lawn.

Less than 1% of the Epstein files have been released.

Trump’s DOJ is still sitting on more than 2 million documents and the legal deadline to release these files was 21 DAYS AGO.

What else are they hiding and who are they protecting?

This is a cover-up.

Minneapolis has a long history of that kind of moral clarity, and this image taps straight into it.👇

Jonathan Ross is a murderer and must be prosecuted as such.

They were having a calm exchange seconds before he murdered Renee Good, and she was barely moving and clearly avoiding him.

Stop the lies.

Lies, lies, lies. They can keep spouting them all they want, but that just means we need to keep spouting the truth twofold.

Renee Good was an innocent victim murdered by ICE agent Jonathan Ross.
DHS official McLaughlin blatantly lies about Renee Good: "The deceased had been following our law enforcement throughout the day, stalking them. At the time of the incident, our law enforcement was outside their vehicle trying to get their vehicle out of the snow when she started harassing them."

This needs to be seen by everybody. There is no justification for what that murderer Jonathan Ross did to Renee Nicole Good.
For those keeping score, Bellingcat, The New York Times Visual Investigation Team, & Washington Post's Visual Forensic team have all published analysis showing the ICE shooter wasn't in the path of Renee Nicole Good’s vehicle when he shot her, contradicting statements by the President & his cronies

This is vitally important: ICE is not a general police force.

They have limited immigration jurisdiction, not broad authority to stop, detain, threaten, or draw weapons on people without specific, lawful cause.

When that line is crossed, it’s not “enforcement,” it’s abuse of power.👇
