The movies consistently miss the mark by never coming up with a strong enough counterargument to Magneto's righteous anger.
What's an opinion about X-Men that'll get you sent to jail? Is Jean really interesting or really boring? Should Logan have stayed dead? Do you think a certain x-mens outfit is positively horrendous even though people seem to love it?

The moment where Corenswet leans forward in a chair and smiles perfectly captures the Superman I've seen in my head my entire life. I've found something to like in every SUPERMAN movie (even QUEST FOR PEACE!) but hot damn, this thing's cooking with gas.

Cynthia Erivo gives a very good performance in Wicked, one that manages both cinematic subtlety and musical theatricality in a way that feels like a fully realized character. (And one that plays nicely off Grande’s more cartoonish turn!) The idea that she’s miscast is…suspect
