I don't get how Wise Business says they support freelancers if they require only incorporated businesses have a business account? And if the issue was just the business name not being my personal name, why they couldn't have just worked with me to change that?

We have an HST business number from the CRA, but they apparently require us to be in the Canadian Business Registry, which as far as I can tell, is not only not required for NL unincorporated partnerships, but isn't really even an option? We've had this account since 2022.

Love to be the person calling organizations for support and having them tell me how interesting the problem is and they've never heard of it because yea the venn diagram of 'person operating an unincorporated partnership in NL doing business with the US with a USD bank account" basically has us two.
