I cannot emphasize enough how true & real this is.
In almost anywhere on the political spectrum you ID with or major issue, there’s probably a bot/troll operation to encourage your rage and vitriol.
And how/where that rage gets directed, esp understandable rage, is what they are out to influence.

People on this app get really angry every time I point out that social media manipulation is a real phenomenon that we are all stewing in and that’s having real world consequences and I’m sure part of that is engagement farmers who do that manipulation not liking people talking about it

Judge: Communicate this to your client: If they don't communicate any evidence to you as their representative that you can communicate to the court, then there is no evidence.

I saw @steveboots.bsky.social was surprised about Nova Scotians being fairly happy with our PC government. The gap between the PC, Liberal, and NDP platforms in the most recent election was tiny. We basically have three centrist parties here.

This is a grave and sobering admission: they are not pursuing the “WELL ACTUALLY he broke the law during protests,” they are bragging that they are deporting people for protected speech.
NEW: White House says the arrest and deportation of student activist & legal US resident, Mahmoud Khalil, is a blueprint for more.
The final line here is chilling. The White House specifically says Khalil was not breaking the law.

It strikes me as weird that a "head shop" and a "body shop" are two entirely different industries, and neither of them has very much to do with human anatomy.
