D66, VVD en CDA willen in de vorm van de ‘Vrijheidsbijdrage’ jaarlijks 5 miljard ophalen voor de investeringen in Defensie. 3,4 miljard daarvan wordt bij de burgers gehaald, allemaal op het inkomen.

Gisteravond, voordat Yesilgoz de positieve stemming rond de formatie weer had versjteerd, toonde Gijs Rademaker in RTL-LateNight resultaten van een peiling onder kiezers vd 5 betrokken partijen. Allemaal (muv JA21) in meerderheid positief, ook VVD.
