I had an ex who was a lawyer, and I met many many other lawyers who were his friends and colleagues through social meets and stuff, and I was always struck by how many of them would abandon their law careers for something else before the age of 30. It was a LOT of them.

Pharmacy First is a really excellent NHS initiative. I went to Boots for a throat spray or something to help my sore throat. The Pharmacist took me to a consultation room, examined me, and wrote me a prescription for a numbing spray. For Free. No appointment needed. No waiting.

Just remembered that I literally never track any online purchases with Avios and must be missing out on 1000s of points. Also learned that someone created a nice little Chrome Extension that automatically lets you know when you can get Avios and adds them to your account. And Avios blocked it.
