Pharmacy First is a really excellent NHS initiative. I went to Boots for a throat spray or something to help my sore throat. The Pharmacist took me to a consultation room, examined me, and wrote me a prescription for a numbing spray. For Free. No appointment needed. No waiting.

Just remembered that I literally never track any online purchases with Avios and must be missing out on 1000s of points. Also learned that someone created a nice little Chrome Extension that automatically lets you know when you can get Avios and adds them to your account. And Avios blocked it.

Well, it didn’t stop there. I’m going full chinzy retro xmas this year, and so I’ve added foil handing decorations for that extra shiny 80s/90s-ness. Lametta going on the tree tomorrow probably.
