While camping I once grilled a bratwurst over the fire. Dressed a bun & placed the glorious sausage upon it. I raised to to my mouth, & as I tore through the skin of the thing, boiling hot sausage liquid burst forth, shooting directly up my nose, scalding my septum; my kids call it my hot dog injury
had an awful day. please reply with your favorite memory someone that totally ate shit in a physical way that isn’t a total bummer

You CANNOT spend FSA money on health care premiums, and if you’re self-employed or unemployed you don’t even have a fucking FSA.
"A development that appeared to break the logjam: Republicans proposed that healthcare funding be provided directly to households rather than used to pay for a 1-year extension of ACA subsidies. That involves sending federal money into FSAs instead of insurance companies" www.wsj.com/politics/pol...
Republicans Pitch Alternative to ACA Extension to End Government Shutdown
A proposal by GOP senators to send money directly to consumers’ health accounts rather than to insurance companies showed signs of breaking a stalemate on negotiations.

The Holiday Season is the period leading up to Halloween and extending through New Year’s Day. Thanksgiving is merely the midpoint. It’s just the way it is, I don’t care if you don’t like it or not.

If every employee who comes within four feet of me in a store approaches me and speaks to me I will lose my mind.
"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.

They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.

If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."

🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.

Yes please
This breaks some people’s brains.

In most cities, Costco stores fuel sprawl & car dependency.

In Vancouver, our full-sized downtown Costco has residential towers above & a skytrain station next door. LOTS of customers don’t drive to it.

We live a block from it. We call it “the convenience store.”
