I've spent all afternoon figuring out that you can get from one end of the ORCA card system to the other on only local transit in 1 day lmao. The only catch is that you have to be at Smokey Point transit center by 5:40 AM (or Lynnwood by 4:27 AM) to catch the bus out to Darrington. (Read alt text)

This is grossly irresponsible reporting by the AP. What’s being offered is not a buyout. The deal is if you agree to resign in September you can continue working remotely until then. There is no buyout or severance.
