This year instead of typical Christmas gift shopping we went to a local craft/antique mall with lots of booths and spent about an hour looking around for stuff for each other/our new house. I'll post some of the stuff we got.

The great thing about marrying into a family of liberals/leftists is that the most worrying thing I have to consider about Thanksgiving is how much milk Uncle Phil is going to drink. He can put away a distressing amount of milk!!!

It's not complete, but we got a new tree and set of lights and put them up and it makes me want to have a tree up all year 🤩 (the lights are ridiculously programmable and can sparkle ✨)

I might claim that I'm "coping" or "doing as well as can be expected" but if you look at how many episodes of The Mentalist I've watched since the election you would be very concerned. (I'm not sure what a concerning amount is, but I am certain I've exceeded that threshold)

I literally think of this post constantly, and also the fact that it was posted on 4/20. The whole is so beautiful. But also makes me giggle so much.
I feel like this was the greatest celebrity post of all time because you initially want to make fun of it because we’re all irony poisoned jerks but the sheer scale of human compassion overwhelms it and you end up going yes Vincent I also want to help a pig see the stars for the first time

Even tho the high Sun is 85!!! EXCUSE ME?? despite that I persevere and have declared it officially Soup Season. Last week was loaded baked potato. Tonight we make Tom Kha. I will NOT be deterred by Big Weather!!! 🥵
