Man it is very hard to give a rats ass about the Artemis moon missions in 2025. There may have been a time when I could get very into the science for science's sake idealism of it, but against the backdrop of an increasingly worsening and dire climate situation on earth, it feels so frivolous.

I am not sure exactly how hot this take will be, but the Razor's Crest is the hunk of junk the Millennium Falcon is regarded as in the fiction

Nothing against the kids, but it is terrible parenting to let your kid star in the Harry Potter show. They’re the face of a property being used for hate, and I can’t help but wonder how that’s going to deeply mentally affect these children in the coming years that they’ll carry their whole lives.

Important to note; Japan has way stricter laws around laying people off. Actual protections from its government that force companies to do things like have execs take pay cuts before doing a mass layoff. The solution to this problem is not a “good” CEO. It’s systemic and complete reform.
I remember a time Nintendo leader Satoru Iwata took a paycut himself to prevent laying off developers. They really don't make the like they used to.

@patstaresat.bsky.social Just a heads up with Yu-Gi-Oh; starting up YGO with no prior experience is the same as starting up MvC 2 with no experience. The tutorial is representative of the game as played in 2002 and should be largely ignored, you should watch a youtube video beforehand instead.
