We love to see it!!! I can see how having this reminder in a feature team world could make sure to develop solutions that do t accidentally introduce an unwanted bias issue!
One I've been doing a lot is reminding my team to make space for underrepresented voices. Literally just did that (again) in a retro a few minutes ago. Trying to make sure our newer and more junior folks get their voices heard.
