Just so everybody understands, Booker has been speaking cogently about the issues the entire time and Strom Thurmond famously spent hours reading from the encyclopedia, because segregationists were and are dumbshits
If Sen. Cory Booker makes it to 7:19 p.m. EST, he will break segregationist Dixiecrat Strom Thurmond's record for his 24 hour 18 minute Senate floor speech against the Civil Rights Act of 1957.

Strom Thurmond, racist Senator from SC, has held the Senate record since 1957 for his 24 hr & 18 minute objection to the 1957 Civil Rights Act.
It is beyond fitting that @booker.senate.gov may break that record today in opposition to yet more racism & illegal gov activities.

@booker.senate.gov thank youuuuuu for your strength, your words, and your fight in representing ALL of the American people!

some helpful reminders:

-not all jews support israel
-criticizing israel is not the same as being antisemitic
-being pro-palestine does not equal being pro-hamas
-arresting someone for being pro-palestine is a violation of the first amendment
-violating someone’s first amendment rights is bad

Any psychologist or psychiatrist (or former abused spouse) will tell you that President Zelensky gave a master class today on how to deal with a malignant narcissist.

He is an amazing man. We can all learn from him.
