The Republicans will NEVER let Jack Smith and the massive amount of evidence against Trump in a public hearing, they can’t because the evidence against Trump is incontrovertible.

Dems should hold an alt hearing somewhere other than at the Capitol.

DHS ordering a church to take down a nativity scene!?

Wait, so is Trump waging a WAR ON CHRISTMAS!? I’ve been warned about this for years by Fox News!
ICE’s acting director ordered a Boston Catholic parish to tear down its Advent Nativity scene—stripped of baby Jesus and branded with the message “ICE WAS HERE.” The parish priest is refusing, citing he pope’s call to stand with migrants. It's another chapter in Kristi Noem's war on Christians.
“ICE Was Here”: Pope Leo-Inspired Nativity Scene Sparks MAGA Outrage
A Nativity scene missing Jesus — and marked with an “ICE was here” sign — has triggered cries of “politicizing Christmas.” The parish priest says he’s answering Pope Leo's call to welcome stranger.

The Take Care Clause was a byproduct of the lessons learned from the Glorious Revolution that the executive should not be able to dispense with the law promulgated by the legislature. It was not a constitutional provision to empower the executive branch— but to constrain it!

Infrastructure Week never happened when Trump was last a White House resident. His health insurance plan is non-existent.

Why do reporters put up with his buffoonery?
Trump: "It was a rigged election. It's gonna come out over the next couple months too, loud and clear. Because we have all the information."

Any one of us could be on the next boat that Trump bombs on a whim.

Any one of us could be detained for hours despite being a U.S. citizen.

Simply amazing that the Supreme Court declared an end to legal race discrimination in the affirmative action case two years ago and now allows overt racism in both immigration arrests and redistricting.

Using race to help minorities? Bad. Using it to discriminate against them? Very, very good.

A quote from a guide for freshmen at my high school (many years ago!):

“Dress has an intangible effect on behavior.” Shirt and tie were recommended and expected. I complied… most of the time. 😊
Sean Duffy: "Dressing with respect -- whether it's a pair of jeans and a decent shirt, I would encourage people to maybe dress a little better which encourages us to maybe behave a little better. Let's try not to wear slippers and pajamas as we come to the airport."
