Sandwich Guy thanks everyone for their support, “emotional, spiritual, artistic or financial.” Intones, “Let us not forget that the great seal of the United States says…‘ out of many, one.’…You all have a right to live a life that is free.”

I’m sure the defendant is salty he had to go through this ham-handed trial, but he’s relishing the spicy coverage of his acquittal

Jury finds D.C. ‘sandwich guy’ not guilty of assaulting officer
Sean C. Dunn admitted he flung the hoagie at a federal agent. His attorneys called it a “harmless gesture” of protest as Trump commandeered D.C. police.

When POTUS literally said he's going to replace income tax with tariffs, it can't possibly be your argument in court that the tariffs are "regulatory" and not revenue raising. What is this BS?

The Cuomo supporter/MAGA backlash against Sliwa is ridiculous for like a million reasons, but the most obvious is that (at least currently) Mamdani HAS A MAJORITY! If every single Sliwa voter had instead voted for Cuomo, Mamdani would *still* be winning by ~35K votes.

I think "first Democratic woman governor" is really stretching the concept of "historic firsts"
Democratic Rep. Mikie Sherrill will be New Jersey’s next governor and only the second woman to serve in the office. The race was closely watched as a barometer of the national mood 10 months into Trump’s second term. https://bit.ly/4i2tSIV
